Over summer, Sydney quartet The Jezabels graced the stages at the Big Day Out, Festival Of The Sun, Pyramid Rock Festival and on a national support tour for Canadian twins Tegan and Sara. 

In February 2009 they released their debut EP, ‘The Man is Dead’ to rave reviews and gained a string of support from community radio networks across the country.
