Article Image:

New Zealand’s favourite musical brothers return to Australia in 2010 for an East Coast tour. Renowned for their mind blowing live shows, thanks to their powerhouse rhythm section and multiple vocalists, Kora have built a solid local fan-base in Australia over the past few years. Long sets, brimming with their unique brand of dub based reggae, infused with electro beats and thumping bass lines, sounds that get everyone moving and venues pumping.

Platinum selling artists, and multiple award winners in their homeland for their recorded works and also for their work on the Sci Fi flavoured music video for ‘Skankenstein’, the five piece have won hearts in Australia with sell outs shows here becoming a regular part of their international tour plot.

After touring through Europe in 2009 that included support tours with Crazy P and Norman J in England and Scotland, 2010 will see the band spend the first part of the year in the Asia Pacific, hitting the stage at Japan’s SnowSplash festival before they head to Australia and then onto Singapore to play the Mosaic Festival in March.
